The problem is camera shake.

If your goal is to produce  sharp handheld images of static objects, then return the camera and use your phone.

If you want to see what image quality you can get from your camera, set ISO 200, put the camera on a tripod (any solid surface will do), aperture priority f/5.6, two second timer. The shutter speed might be about a second in low light but at least you will get the idea what the camera can do.
