Gaming PC's are meant to be fast for games, which puts a premium on video card performance even more than fast CPU, a lot of RAM and the fastest SSDs.   It's not uncommon to see $700+ video cards intended for this purpose, and sometimes two of them linked together.

The bottom line is the video card tech in a gaming pc is likely to be massive overkill for photography use, and the money could be better spend elsewhere.

You need a video card matched to your needs and your monitors.  And even if you don't have two monitors now, plan for it in the future by getting a video card that can support two of the same monitors at the same time.  (Usually that means two of the same connectors, like two HDMI or two DisplayPort connectors.)
