Well, there are those of us who like to build them.

Consider how much will be minimum size for RAM, SSD and HDD.    Be aware that pre-built PC's often use a graphics card built into the CPU, and may or may not have enough power/speed for you.  And may not be able to drive two monitors at the same time, or just not have the connectors to do so.

I'd say 250GB minimum SSD boot.  1TB minimum HDD for data, but HDD"s are pretty cheap - you could get a lot more storage for not much more money.

If you have a very old mouse, it may not have a plug for a new motherboard, though USB adapters exist.

Be aware that bigger fans move more air with less noise.  Lots of small fans on a case are a bad sign.  A few BIG ones (120mm and bigger now) are a good sign, for quiet performance.
