TIFF files go black after adding lighting effects

Hello

When using Photoshop CC 2019 I open a RAW file, make the changes i like (few exposure ones), save as a TiFF file, then i re open it and go to filter--render---lighting effects, i do the changes i want.

Turns out it all looks good, however when i zoom in further than "fill screen" the image becomes completely black.

So i thought it was a limitation and saved it as a jpg to see the end results, but no its completely black too.

Any ideas whats going on?

Im using Olympus om-d e-m10 mark III
