What suggestive pic, I see nothing wrong with it.

I guess the presumption is that someone could be lulled into thinking that the railing is perpendicular not parallel to the hip and below the belt.

If she were sitting on the railing no harm would be done to either the viewer or the girl.

You are entitled to your opinion but to me that's baloney. It is obvious from this picture that it was taken from a pedestrian way near a street.

I was trying to explain the logic behind the angst of the other poster

For environmental portraits like this, I really like a 32mm lens but I wish I had the 24mm with me too.
