Which is More Useful? A 70-200 F2.8 Lens or a 150-600mm F5-6.3?

So if you had the choice between a 70-200 F2.8 lens versus a 150-600mm F5-6.3 lens for your general use lens, which would it be? General use as in street photography, sports, portraiture, wildlife, and some landscape. Nothing macro. You can only own the cheap kit lens and one of these lens as your daily carry around. What is the better choice? Both have IS or IBIS in your camera.

The 70-200 F2.8 gives you better low light abilities but is very lacking in the zoom to reach out far.
