Water mini-challenge: winners

This is not scientific, or scored through some judging criteria. Instead it is completely arbitrary, although I did try not to let my preferred subjects bias my judgement. With that said, here are my thoughts:

Honorable Mention  gloaming; Peggy's Cove, NS  The bright blue sky reflection contrasts well with the drab early-spring landscape.

Honorable Mention  Chaplain Mark; Parking Lot Puddle  Sometimes there's a picture right beneath our feet.

Honorable Mention  sueanne; Fountain Fun  Water is not just for looking at, it's a lot of fun too and this picture is full of it.

Special Honorable Mention  Peter Bendheim; Water is Life #2  The explanation adds extra meaning to this picture.

And now the winners:

Third Place  bmike; Fountain  The twists and turns of the water coming out of the fountain makes this special.

Second Place  landov; Plitvice lakes  Besides the cliffs and waterfalls, I love the walkway winding its way through the picture.

And the Winner is  RotBart; Puerto Madero  The gleaming modern city and its reflectionin the water contrast with the greenery of the nature reserve.  I kept coming back to this picture again and again.  It's my favorite among the pictures.

Congratulations RotBart and good luck with the next challenge.
