The problem seems straightforward. With your settings the camera has set shutter speed and ISO to expose for the ambient light and your flash has not contributed significantly to the lighting - it is basically a "no flash" image, hence the noise and motion blur. This is precisely what you would expect with aperture priority and auto ISO set. To light the whole scene of your shots at your chosen aperture setting you would have needed a whole array of flash units and a thorough understanding of the technique required to operate the setup.
