Having read DPReview purchased FUJIFILM XT-3. As respects IBIS more relevant for video. Not that I am incapable of making my own decision in such matters. Any pointers always helpful.

For low light photography (which is most of what I do), it's invaluable IMHO.  It enables me to use Fuji's best lenses handheld, some of which are not stabilized, in environments that would normally demand some sort of support for stability.  IBIS is absolutely valuable in those environments both for video and stills and allows me to take shots at relatively long shutter speeds while still yielding a sharp image.  This won't benefit everyone, so it's far from a panacea, but if you do a lot of interior photography in places where tripods aren't really welcome (think cathedrals, for example), IMHO, it's a real game changer.  I just want to be clear that it's not necessary a big deal for everyone... it just depends on the conditions you shoot in and how important remaining handheld is in those environments.
