Here is the main summary:

  1. Lenses tested:
    1. Sony FE 24mm F1.4 GM
    2. Sony Sonnar T* FE 55mm F1.8 ZA
    3. Sony FE 24-240mm F3.5-6.3 OSS
    4. Sony FE 24-105mm F4 G OSS
    5. Sony Vario-Tessar T* FE 16-35mm F4 ZA OSS
    6. Sony FE 16-35mm F2.8 GM
    7. Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM
    8. Sony FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS
    9. Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 Di III RXD
    10. ZEISS Batis 1.8/85
    11. ZEISS Loxia 2/35
    12. Voigtlander Color Skopar 21mm F3.5 E-mount
  2. Features/functions not supported:
    1. GM lenses - adjustment of aperture using the aperture ring. Adjust the aperture on the camera body instead.
    2. Lenses 11 and 12 above - the aperture on the camera body remains unchanged after using the aperture ring.
Suggestion: have the widest opening and adjust the aperture on the camera body
    3. Pinpoint AF, which is operated based on contrast-AF
    4. Autofocus is not supported when Sigma lens (E mount ver.) and the adapter are used.
  3. EF-Z and M-Z adapters (with electric circuits) are under research and development.

Thank you for the links and translation I have the 24mm GM, 24-105 and 55mm , my AF needs are humble so this looks very promising . I have held off buying the Z7 to see what lenses I can bring over
