It has the smarts of a full sized system camera squeezed into pocket camera size, that's why many system camera people buy it as they can use it in a simple way (Auto) or make it as complex to shoot as they like. It doesn't make much difference which way you use it.

Leave it on Auto or P mode and just enjoy the results, but you are then missing the point of the camera having all that complexity.

In my case simply lazy so once working the way I like it, I just point and shoot. No mucking about with error prone manual operation for me.
