It all depends upon how you shoot these general areas of photography. If you shoot a lot of action and possibly low light photography, you will probably find that mirrorless will be less reliable for focus acquisition/shutter timing and result in fewer Keepers than you would normally expect.

I shot some test environments for skating, show jumping, rodeo events, dance, and music events finding that focus and image lag made this kind of work extremely difficult. Using mirrorless I would have to learn different ways to get around these limitations. I really dislike the emotional feeling of shooting through  television screen.

I suspect that the manufacturers will address these issues and maybe the next go-around for mirrorless will be on equal ground with DSLR, or maybe not.

As a result I would opt for the 5DIV.
