I'm wondering if anyone has measured the EOS R and the extremely overpriced Canon charger with a hardware USB-C PD meter? I'm only getting BC 1.2 rates (1.5A over 5V so 7.5W) with two USB Power Delivery chargers, an Anker USB-PD multiport and the official Google charger for the Pixel 3 phone. Both are able to do the 5V and the 9V power rules.

Unless Canon is somehow favoring its supposedly USB-PD charger to get higher rates, it seems the camera doesn't use USB-PD at all, only the older USB Battery Charging spec 1.2 that is also available over USB-A. So I'm wondering if someone has done the measurement with the official Canon charger. I have read that it says it can output 5V and 9V up to 3A, which seems like USB-PD power rules to me (but it doesn't mean it will output that much power, depends on what the camera itself requests).
