I agree with this I've used 50D and 7D bodies extensively. And have had a couple of 70Ds.

The 70D is much nicer IQ wise. And the ergonomics will be more like your 6D.

I now have a 7DII for a crop body. Same IQ as the 70D, more like the 5DIIIs otherwise.
