Z6 sensor - wet cleaning after succesless cleaning with rocket blower?

Now I did my first wet- cleaning with the "visible dust" set . 4 cleaners and 1,5ml of fluid for 30 euros. I catched most of the dust after the first try .. maybe 5 spots are left. From f4 to f11 they are not really visible and from f13 on the dust particels are visible, but I use that apertures very seldom.

For the first attempt this is ok - next time I will catch more of the dust particles or do an check inbetween. maybe I should have pressed the swiper a little bit harder. Overall the cleaning process is easy and I do not see any risk to damage the sensor.
