Not all Meyer-Optik lens will give you bubbly bokeh. My experience is to stick to the Trioplan, they are on the more expensive side though. Perhaps due to the "bubble" reputation. The other two I know will do that my friend gave me are the Lydith 3.8/30 and Primagon 4.5/35. The M42 versions might run a little cheaper.
