Nikon Z6 overheating problem

Well, I've been filming with my Z6 for 5 months now, tons of weddings. But I just filmed an Indian wedding that was outside, and it's getting hotter now, so we had 75-78f degree weather, direct sun. After 30-45mins, my Z6 overheated. It took a while to cool down. Thank God I had another camera to use.

I was filming internal to the card, 60fps, high quality, fx.

Here are the things I will do next time on a long outdoor shoot.

1. Keep it covered

2. Record at 24fps

3. VR off?

4. LCD screen pulled away from body.

Any other suggestions on this situation?  - Thanks.
