Z6 sensor - wet cleaning after succesless cleaning with rocket blower?

my Z6 has some spots on the sensor that I cannot clean with my rocket blower. The spots will not disappear and when I make a testshot at F22 the spots are visible. (Compared this with a 5 year old D750  - no spots visible there - so it seems that the Z6 is more prone to dust and spots on the sensor although it is only 4 months old)

What is the next step? is it wise to do a wet cleaning on my own or touch the sensor with a micro fiber sheet?

What kind of wet cleaning set can you recommend?
