Cropping for A mount lens on Sony A7R III

I just bought a Sony A7R III body and I have a bunch of A mount glass, so I got the LA-EA3 converter.  It actually works pretty well, but the body automatically switches into APS-C (Super35).  If I turn off APS-C I get a slight darkening of the corners (clearly not getting full frame).

Here's the question: Is there a way to adjust the camera to crop the slight amount that would be required for each individual lens, or are my only two choices FF with post processing or Super35 (way more cropping than is necessary)?

I would probably choose FF with post cropping anyway, but it would be nice to have the option of setting a minor "digital zoom" that would automatically be imposed when the lens was attached.

Thanks for reading!
