How To: Canon E-TTL Dual Flash Wired Connection?

I've been searching for the answer to this for longer than I want to admit. Basically, I want to use my 5D to power two compatible (xxx-EX) flash heads. I already have the Canon OC-E3 off-camera cord, but that only allows connecting one flash. Is there a name-brand cord that attaches to the hot shoe and has an E-TTL compatible hot shoe on top, as well as a cord that's attaches to another E-TTL compatible hot shoe?

I think I need something similar to the image below. Is there a reputable company still making something like this?
