Canon 70-300 is usm ii or 70-200 f4 L is?

Hi
I am searching for a good, affordable telephoto lens for my 6d mk ii. I currently own a Tamron 28-75 f2.8 and a 100mm f2.8 Macro. As written in the title I pretty much narrowed it down to the Canon 70-300 is usm ii or the 70-200 f4 is. (still open for other suggetions)
I could get the canon for around 500€ used, which is a pretty good deal but because the 70-300 is very new and there is no big price difference between buying used or new I´d probably buy the canon new for 450€. So price wise there is no huge difference for me.
I´m likely going to use it for landscapes and sports (Mountainbiking) but maybe also for wildlife and portraiture if I like it.
I realise that it pretty much comes down to whether I need the 100mm extra from the 70-300 or the faster apature of the 70-200. I just don´t know what I´ll need more...
So what do you think is the better alround tele lens?
Cheers,
Tim
