Moiré. How to reduce it?

Moiré. How to reduce it?

I shot this and similar images yesterday with my E-5/12-60mm combo. When I rendered the frame in B&W (which is how it will be used in print), the moiré really stood out! I think the panels over the cook line must be perforated.

I use the latest version of Apple Photos for basic editing and I don't go further than what it can do, usually, but, I also have not had this challenge before.

What do you folks use to counter this kind of noise? Also, these flat stainless steel surfaces render in B&W with what looks like a lot of noise. Is that a "thing?"
