6D Mark II are the 2 wheels function modifiable?

6D Mark II are the 2 wheels function modifiable?

Example: if you are in Manual mode, and you want to move the histogram to the fight, you move the top dial to the left. If you are using the histogram as a guide, moving the dial left is counter-intuitive if you want to expose to the right. (Note that in aperture mode moving the bottom wheel for exposure compensation clockwise does move the histogram right.)

So the question is: are the wheels programmable to allow a clockwise move of the wheel to brighten the exposure to the right ( without affecting the exposure compensation which is intuitive in it's direction)?
