Ok yes this is how my camera is already set, and your LR settings are exactly what I'm already doing (except I didn't do the upright transformation).

Please tell me that, in my image #2 from my OP, you also see overexposed corners. If not, I must be going crazy. This is not just a one-off occurrence, but ALL of my raw files get overexposed corners when I apply the Sigma lcp.

At least I have a workaround, but I'd rather fix the problem if I'm the only one.
