Photographing when you have light from Edison Bulbs. Banding

i am using my a7riii to photograph my granddaughter at my son's apartment which has a large fixture that has "Edison Lights". These new versions are LED I think.

The problem is I haven't found the right settings to kill the banding they create even if I turn of EFCS. I am wondering has encountered this problem and knows how to work around it? The banding is very clear to see when looking through the view finder.

Tried flash but the it really doesn't help. I would appreciate any advice on how to deal with this.

Thank you in advance
