EFM 18-150 vs 15-45 + 55-200 Pros and Cons?

Hello,

I have the M50 with both the kit 15-45 and 55-200 lenses.  Love the M50, not blown away with the sharpness of either kit lense (and thanks to all the tips I got to my questions about that, I may get the 34 1.4  as well).

I noticed that I rarely use the extra length provided by the EFM 55-200, and have been considering trading in the 55-200  (and maybe the 15-45 too) to get the 18-150 mm which would really be a super convenient zoom for all my needs with kids or vacation.

I'm wondering if those who have used both the 18-150 and 55-200 think this makes sense to swap (I'd feel a bit silly to keep all three and I'd rather use the money to get the 32 1.4).

Things I have heard about the 18-150

Pros:  Fairly Sharp from end end, more so that the 55-200?  And super useful

Cons:  The max aperture gets smaller rather fast (18-23 3.5, 24-27 4, 28-31 4.5, 32-42 5, 43-59 5.6, 60-150 all 6.3).   and I have read it was prone to sun glare and ghosting?

Regarding the aperture, at the wide end that's just as good if not faster than the 15-45, but I lose a stop it seems compared to the 55-200.  My concern is that I do sometimes use the 55-200 for portraits (more than for actual outdoor zoom) as I like the flattening of facial features and I worry I don't be able to get as much bokeh with the 18-150.

Obviously one can't have it all, but curious to get other's experience (esp with the bokeh and glare/ghost concerns with the 18-150).

Thanks!
