I have the Fuji 35mm f2 and really like that focal length. I shoot it on my XT1. I got the Mitakon because I could use it for some portrait work if I wanted to. I went out and shot my daughter with this lens and the Fuji 60mm. I know the 60 is a better portrait focal length but I didn't get on with it as much as the Mitakon. I liked better how much closer I could get to my subject with the shorter focal length. I felt more engaged. The bokeh is also nice. Focus peaking works great although I'm finding that I missed focus on a bunch of shots. I don't know if my technique is off or if my focus peaking is off? I'll have to take some time to test later. Color is a bit over processed but it's the way she likes it. The focus is also off just a bit. Her sleeve is in focus. Her face is just beyond the plane of focus. I don't mind a bit of softness in a portrait though.  Mostly it's just a lot of fun.
