Anticipating more images coming for me to analyze, instead here's how to do it for white-card shots:

Take your shot raw, convert in SPP to ProPhoto 16-bit TIFF.

Open that in RawTherapee and crank the saturation all the way to the right; then the Lab chromaticity all the way to the right.

Save as 8-bit TIFF.

Open that in the GIMP, selecting "Keep" the profile.

Go Color>Decompose>HSV and wait until it's done.

Set the Saturation and Value layers to white Background (Edit menu)

Then go Color>Decompose>Recompose [sic].

Voila! the opened image layer will change to a hue view which can be exported, if desired or you can just gaze at it in cosmic amazement.

I'm gazing at your workflow in cosmic amazement!

LOL, Jan!

The RawTherapee bit works quite well on Real World scenes too. This is a shot with the IR dustcover removed and a di-chroic visible filter put on the lens.

In this case, the green cast comes from a lens wide-angle setting of 17mm combined with the sensitivity of dichroic filters to the angle of the incident light.

Woah! Nice! That's some crazy psychedelic stuff there Ted.
