My setup : M100 / Fotodiox Pro mount adapter / EF 50mm / 2x L-bracket as a simple grip.
This is my first AF lens upgrade (50mm) from the kit lens 15-45. I also took a backup M2 with kit lens 15-45 for some wide angle shots.
Being so used to 15-45, I do have to stand back a bit with the 50mm.
Overall, I'm happy and learn a few things with this setup. However, I felt the AF is slower compared to the kit 15-45.
Also, this is the first time I've use the continuous shooting on moving subjects (was switching between single and continuous) - and found that many shots were blurry using continuous mode. I used Movie auto exposure mode all the time as I shoot a mix of photos and videos.
Question : do you switch away from movie mode while taking photos ?
I did not try Manual mode yet (for aperture setting), just to get a feel of this setting first.
The L bracket was mounted on the mount adapter with an added benefit to access the battery compartment easily.
