Not to say that there isn't some possible slightly discernible difference between images taken with an E shutter and images taken with a mechanical shutter.

It is of course personal preference but I'd much rather be out shooting with my gear then studying barely perceivable differences in images.

At least on my screen the difference is not apparent when looking solely at the in-thread image previews. Click on the image to open it in the viewer and compare the two frames there. The mechanical shutter has significant amounts of what looks to be light leak across the bottom 1/5 of the frame. It really is not subtle at all.

Very curious.
