Does EOS200D always display AF point in live view?

Hi,

I am connecting my EOS200D, via an HDMI cable, to a projector, which is displaying the output to a screen when in live view. All works brilliantly. But.... the white AF point box is always displayed, which detracts from what is being shown on screen.

Is there anyway to turn this AF point box display off?

Many thanks for your time.

Regards,

MCL

Since creating this question, I've played around some more with the settings and then the answer came to me - the AF point box is only going to be displayed whilst in AF mode. Switching to MF removes the box, which as for what I am doing the camera is stationary on a tripod, this is not a problem.
