The old time truism is to check at what focal lengths you are currently most likely to shoot.  Look through your current images to see focal lengths.  If you are not landing on the same focal lengths constantly, then the 16-55 is for you as a general use lens.  If, however, you are just shooting about the same focal lengths, then get the prime(s) closest to your main used focal lengths.  I am sure this set of choices has some inner brain explanation, but I found myself often at 24mm or 50mm.  Hence I carry the F2 23 and 35 as my general lenses.  All of your other choices can come later as you begin to find specific needs for the specific shooting .... eg sports, birds, long vistas, etc.
