1Ds Mark III AF accuracy using One Shot AF
1

I bought a used 1Ds Mark III and while it is an 11-year-old camera I do feel getting about 80% of shots of non-moving subjects using One Shot AF and the center AF point in critical focus isn't quite reliable enough for me. Focus is both in front and back about 20% of the time so microadjusting does not solve the problem. 1) What should I expect from such an old camera and 2) what might it cost to fix the problem? Same thing happens on a variety of lenses. Thanks.
