Daytime long exposures 1min+ more noise?

I am looking at buying some very dark ND filters for daytime long exposures. I don't want to do a lot of editing, hence wish to avoid learning those stacking techniques etc, and prefer to just use filters.

I will buy an ND1000, but not sure if I will also get an ND32000. Will I end up with a load of noise due to heat? Or is that more likely to happen only on hot days? The filter I was looking at is a Nisi, which is apparently meant to reduce or "eliminate" "colour casting". I guess it's unlikely to do that 100%, I'm not too fussed about a slight colour variation, but don't want a lot of hot pixels or noise.
