Canon 35mm....RF or EF?
1

So I want to add a 35mm prime to my collection. Read somewhat mixed (but mostly good) reviews on the RF 35. On the other hand there's the 35mm/f2 that I can also use on my 5DIV. I love my new RP and I start to think I'll probably ditch my 5D when the next ML R comes out if it's the same level or slightly higher than my 5D. Of course I have my adapter so I could use my EF lenses for a long while. And for astro work, is f2 fast enough (considering there is the Sigma 35/1.4)? Right now I'm doing my astro  work on my 16-35/2.8III. So question is, which is better? The RF only usable on my RP (which was supposed to be my travel and hiking camera but love it lots), older EF still cutting it (and can use it on both bodies)?

Some of my ok photos I'm pretty happy about: https://www.flickr.com/photos/164425702@N02/
