D610 after 4 years.
7

I bought the D610 second hand in 2015. i was just starting photography and i wanted to join aboard the FF ship after a few months with my entry level canon kiss x5.

Main reason for buying the D610: it was the more affordable FF option i had at that time.

This modest looking camera is actually a good choice for starting photographers who want to learn fast.

Here are some things i had to say after 4 years with the D610:

1. Price: for a non-pro hobbyist like me, it's reasonably priced for the features it posses.

2. Build: it's rugged enough for light to moderate outdoor use. I've brought mine on hikes and beach escapades without any worry.

3. IQ: the D610 is actually a well balanced camera in terms of IQ and great high ISO performance.

4. Dual Card Slots: it's good feature to have for rabid shooters like me. haha.

5. Video: I only used it for an experiment video once. so i can't really judge it's video capabilities.

All in all this camera can see you through the photography learning process.
