K3ii will give you dual cards slots, though modern SD cards are very reliable.

So I'd say go with a K70, it's an excellent value, great camera, and you'll save loads compared to switching brands. All 3 are miles ahead of what you have, so be prepared to read the manual if you're not up to daye with the latest features.

Btw, canikon don't have in-body stabilization, which does WONDERS for still subjects.
