My D3200 viewfinder image is black and sometimes I get an error message that a lens is not attached

Hey, I am new to the forum. I have a D3200. Ive always had to sharpen the images a

ittle bit before printing. That didn’t bother me that bad. I have stared getting a “ lens not attached “ error sometimes. I’ll take it off and on until the message doesn’t come up. Now, the viewfinder is black. The digital information is at the bottom of the screen but no image can be seen. I took the lens off and looked through it and I can see a blurry image through it. I tried cleaning the lens contacts with a little alcohol and they were a little dirty, but it didn’t fix my problem. Can anyone offer a solution?
