E-P5 focusing issue

I forgot to add, the E-P5 (and most other non-SLR cameras) expects to find vertical contrast edge in the focus box to achieve AF.

In reality it doesn't need to be a vertical edge, basically just a non-horizontal edge, it gets more critical as the light gets lower.

If only a horizontal edge is available in the scene then twist the camera a few degrees and then the AF will work, hold half press and realign the frame and full press to shoot.
