X-E3 Lens mount question, flex?

Last year I took a fall down some stairs with my X-E3 with 18-55 mounted. The lens broke off, into a few pieces, with the lens base/flange still attached to the body. Lens was destroyed (and subsequently replaced). After getting myself patched up I attached one of my other lenses to the body and the E3 appears to be working okay. However, there is one thing I've noticed that may well be normal and have been evident but unnoticed before the impact. I may only notice it now out of paranoia.

If I hold the camera body in one hand and lens with the other, and wiggle the lens vertically, I notice a very slight amount of flex in the body front, as if the lens mount has some flex.

No such flexing on my X-T2.

Understanding that only the top and bottom of the E3 body is metal and everything in-between is plastic, this may be normal. Or may I have a cracked camera body that I cannot see (the crack) beneath the covering?

Images seem okay but I'm concerned about mounting heavier lenses like my 55-200.

Has anyone else noticed this slight flexing with their E3's (or maybe X-T20's)?

Thanks in advance for sharing your observations.
