For EOS R, what settings are saved with Custom Shooting Modes

Ok... you can laugh.  I've been using Canon cameras since 2002 and I'm just now exploring the Custom Shooting Modes.  The reason is, when I think about using them, nine billion questions pop up in my head.  But, I figure I will just wad in and learn as I go.

For some of the other cameras, I can find what settings are saved. e.g. Canon 5DS and 5DS R.

I can assume that for the EOS R, its roughly the same but I was wondering if anyone has found a similar page for the EOS R.  Or, perhaps the clues are in the manual somewhere somehow.

It seems from the text that there are three for still photography and a separate three for movies.  Is that correct?  I'm hoping I can use the three movies presets to pick settings for 8 bit log (in camera), 10 bit log (with an external recorder), a non-log version and still have three settings for still photography.

Thank you for your time
