I like the first two! Any hint how are both moon and building in focus? Two different images stacked?

Easy. Single image!

I used a DoF table. I focussed on the moon. Used the DoF table to figure out an aperture that allowed me a reasonable ISO, gave me a fast enough shutter speed for maximum zoom (210mm) for the moon to not display motion blur and gave me a distance to the skyline that more or less matched the distance from the point were I was planning to take my images from!

I have some DoF table apps but I believe I used this site this time: https://www.photopills.com/calculators/dof-table

Note then when you use a long tele, like the zoom factor I used or even longer, you can see the moon moving in your viewfinder... pretty fast... so the longer your lens... the faster shutter speed you need. To see the moon moving... a professional photographer was at the same spot shooting some real time video's... he posted them on instagram : https://www.instagram.com/albertdrosphotography/

He also has a some really great images from one day earlier at the same spot, with just some other weather circumstances... but his images are in another league!
