EN-EL15 vs. EN-EL15A for Nikon D850

I'm looking to buy additional batteries for my Nikon D850. This is what I originally wanted to purchase on amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/EN-EL15-RAVPower-Battery-Versatile-Charging/dp/B01JG6QWUA/ref=sr_1_4?crid=3UM7VFZAAN1BU&keywords=nikon+d850+battery&qid=1550624671&s=gateway&sprefix=nikon+d850+bat%2Caps%2C154&sr=8-4

Seems like a good deal. Two compatible batteries and a dual battery charger for $35.99. After further research, I found that I would be receiving two EN-EL15 batteries and it seems that the EN-EL15A batteries are better than what I had found. However, this battery is significantly more expensive at $54.95 for just a battery and no charger:

https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1333407-REG/nikon_27190_en_el15a_rechargeable_lithium_ion_battery.html/?ap=y&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIpKywj5TJ4AIVyB6GCh3V_QIuEAQYASABEgIwLPD_BwE&lsft=BI%3A514&smp=Y

Is the older EN-EL15 seriously that much worse than the newer battery or is the newer one just overpriced? I know that on the D850 I can get 1840 shots on the EN-EL15A but can't find any site that says how many shots I can get on the EN-EL15.

I guess what I'm essentially asking is if it's seriously worth the extra money to buy the newer battery.

Thanks!
