Not interested, but X-T30 shows the way.

When I had both systems I thought I would keep the Oly as my second system for travel. Then used the X-T20 and bought a few (23, 35 and 50/2) of those WR lenses.

Sadly that was the end of the Pen-F (but keep my eyes peeled on a good second hand one in black!!).

Now use the X-T3 and find that when I used ISO80 it had enormous detail in the images. Compared the 26Mpx to some of the HiRes shots I had taken and found the micro contrast in the T3 enough for my purpose (up to A3 prints in hi-gloss).

But for most things photography MFT should be plenty. My rather personal problem with Oly was the colour thing. Can't get my head around it, but that topic I have discussed here a few times so this one has been put to rest.
