Re: Fujifilm X-T100 or Olympus E-M5 Mark II

I said "focusing is mediocre". It's sluggish,it hunts a lot for focus and plenty of times does not work as it should, for example in low contrast scenes. It does it with all lenses. Rest of the interface is ok,but i mean,it's a camera. I am not going to play videogames on it,if the response is not instant i do not care much,if i am navigating the menus i am not shooting so i can wait half a second,i do not miss a shot. Focusing,on the other hand...

When you say the operation is mediocre, what do you mean by that? Sluggish interface overall or are you referring to the focusing?

Is the focusing an issue just on the kit (14-45) zoom or on all lenses?

I am thinking that Fuji will fix that with a firmware update, they usually do, and the camera is still young.

Consider this, the X-T100 is 450 EUR with the kit zoom, while the Oly body is 599 EUR.

Consider selling the 14-45 and you get to at least 400 EUR for the Fuji. Is the 50% price increase really worth it that much (from 400 EUR to 600 EUR)?
