You won't see debris or dust particles within the lens, that is why a lens can have dust, debris and even fungus and to no obvious detriment. The DA* 60-250 I just bought has debris in it, maybe even a spider in it, now a dead one 😀 I might try and take out the front element sometime to remove it but not really necessary.
