Canon EOS R Defect
1

Hello!

In the second half of November I bought a new Canon EOS R (or rather an international version of the grey market-version from Hong Kong, to be more precise). In the middle of January, when I changed lenses, I noticed an unpleasant defect that I could describe as a stains on the sensor. Spoiler: It's not dirt and it's not stains. There was an assumption that the problem is in low-pass filter, or rather in air bubbles inside the filter stack.

Today I got a new camera (LOL, from Japan). Funny, the defect is the same, but 2 times smaller in size.

Or I do not understand something, or I am lucky 2 times on a defective Canon EOS R.

Does anyone have or have had such problems? On different bodies? Does it make sense to ask for a replacement? Maybe it's a valid defect, LOL? Ignore?

I will be glad to get any comments!

Best,

Almashell
