is an M50 worth £300 more than an M100 ?

hello M experts, can I have your thoughts please ?

I've been toying with the idea of getting an m50, I want a long reach lens too so was considering the dual zoom kit with the 15-45 mm & 55-200 mm IS STM lenses

But today I saw a local site/shop discounting the M100 & lenses for £399, versus the M50 for £699

The questions is, is the M50 worth that much of a markup?, or would I be better off saving the £s and getting the macro zoom ( as that would be on my shopping list too at some point)

I don't mind the lack of a viewfinder as I wear glasses and rarely (never) use it on my previous cameras. That said I did seem able to use the m50 viewfinder when I tried it in a shop

Is the autofocus much slower, not used for sports use but occasionally for wildlife ?

and specifically what about IQ? I think its basically the same sensor but older processor - I prefer jpg to RAW

Thanks

Jim
