I have found that extension tubes produce chromatic aberrations with my G80 when using the 14-140mm or 45-175mm. So I stopped using those tubes.
The 14-140mm gives me a closer working distance to the subject than the 45-175mm. But the 45-175mm gives me a sharper image.
The one thing I like about the G80 is that it is possible to use focus bracketing or focus stacking hand held. OK, not all subjects stay perfectly still long enough for you to grab enough hand held shots to do a stack with it. But don't dismiss that facility. I have seen some great efforts on this forum from G80 owners who tried hand held focus bracketing in the field. I am actually waiting for the UK weather to improve so that I can hit the local fields and parks to give that technique a go.

I gave hand held bracketing a try when I first bought my GX9 but didn't have much success. I found that I still needed to use a fairly narrow aperture to make sure that there weren't any out of focus areas in a fairly short burst of shots. That contributed to the problem of getting shake in some/all shots if I didn't up the ISO more than I'd like.

I think it's a real shame that Panasonic don't allow the use of flash in bracketing modes. I've had more success getting stackable sequences of images by simply sliding the camera backwards and forwards slightly as I shoot multiple shots with flash.
