Z7 image issues - need help
1

I got my Z7 + 24-70mm f4S kit & after some tests indoors where I had a few concerns about sharpness, I took it outdoor on a short photo walk.

The trip was useful in several ways as I found that my pinky finger was nearly slipping off the grip, despite having only average hand sizes. I have ordered a Smallrig baseplate to hopefully fix this.

I come from the days of film & am used to generally nailing the image first shot, so I don't do the digital spray & pray thing. I shoot professionally (mainly landscape, some portraits).

This is a shot which concerns the hell out of me. Walking along a country path, bright winter light, focus using AF-S single point on the cow looking at me on the far left. IBIS on, mechanical shutter on. OK, so it's not front curtain thingy, but this is really unusable.

Z7 +24-70mm f4 @ 70mm, f10, 1/80sec, ISO 72. Handheld, but both elbows resting on a gate. Full size JPG posted, no processing, no output sharpening. Please zoom into that light colour cow on the left.

What's going on here please? It looks to me like some serious camera shake?
